Description
The BTEC Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Residential Letting was developed for
candidates who have a sound knowledge of residential lettings & management, and who
aim to progress in their career to a management post. This qualification is equivalent to
2 A-Levels.

Learners opting for level 3 have a sound background knowledge of the Private Rented
Sector. The Advanced Certificate provides them with a platform to move on to a more
managerial role either in Lettings, Property Management , Block Management or Social
Housing.
